The panel discussion aims to address how UQ researchers and HDR students can better engage with industry to enhance their research outcomes by:

  • Discussing the importance of research outcomes over merely applying for grants and funding
  • Addressing common misconceptions about working with industry
  • Providing strategies for building mutually beneficial relationships with industry partners.
