UQ Gatton’s research capabilities in agriculture, veterinary and food sciences - Hybrid event

As part of UQ’s 2025 Research and Innovation Week, this showcase event invites guests to step behind the scenes of the Gatton campus to experience how world-class research infrastructure, scientific capability, and cross-sector collaboration are driving innovation across agriculture, veterinary and food sciences. The event will open with presentations from leading researchers and facility leads at UQ Gatton, showcasing the cutting-edge science, infrastructure and partnerships shaping innovation across these industries.

Following morning tea, guests will take part in curated small-group tours across key research facilities, offering rare insight into the spaces where science meets impact. One of the key highlights of the event will include a tour of the world-class Queensland Animal Science Precinct (QASP).
