She has consistently proven her ability to provide effective leadership within collaborative research environments and has managed several multidisciplinary research teams across Australia, fostering collaboration among researchers from several universities including the University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, Monash University, University of Melbourne, Griffith University, and the University of Western Australia, all while establishing and maintaining robust industry partnerships.
