Join the Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology’s Research Integrity Advisors for an engaging and thought-provoking workshop exploring the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence in the research process. From idea generation and data analysis to manuscript preparation and peer review, AI tools are transforming how research is conducted—but what does this mean for research integrity?

Through interactive case studies, participants will critically examine the practical use of AI in research and its alignment with the principles outlined in the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research. This workshop will provide a collaborative space to discuss ethical considerations, transparency, authorship, and accountability in the context of AI-assisted research.
