TERN Essentials: Navigating Ecosystem Data, Tools, and Services for Research - Hybrid event
The workshop provides a comprehensive overview of the Terrestrial Ecosystem Research Network (TERN) data, infrastructure, tools, and services. Participants will explore the diverse data streams curated by TERN—including systematic survey data, carbon flux information, remote sensing, and model-derived products—while learning how to navigate TERN repositories effectively.
Through a combination of presentations and live demonstrations, the session will guide researchers in conducting innovative, data-driven science and utilising tools that ensure data publication aligns with FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable) and CARE (Collective Benefits, Authority to Control, Responsibility, and Ethics) principles.
