HERA Program Logic

The HERA Program Logic Model (see key documents section below) describes the pathway to impact that will be enabled through HERA investment and other resources.

These resources will catalyse a series of short-, medium- and long-term outcomes spanning four streams:

• HERA endorsed Programs of Research and Innovation
• Individuals recruited through HERA investment to enhance resource capabilities within UQ
• The partner landscape
• Research funding landscape

The Program Logic Model is not static, rather, it will continue to be refined and updated throughout the duration of HERA.

Together with the HERA Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Framework, the Program Logic Model will be used to monitor, measure and evaluate the impact and return on investment to UQ and the State.
